• Contact form submissions. When you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide.
• Client account data. For analytics services, authorized client data (advertising performance metrics) is retrieved via official platform APIs with client consent and used solely to provide reporting to that client.
• Server logs. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps, requested pages) for security and operational purposes.

2. How we use information

We use contact information solely to respond to inquiries. Client platform data is used exclusively to generate the reports the client has requested. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties, except where required by law or with service providers acting on our behalf under contract.

3. Data retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months. Client analytics data is retained for the duration of the service engagement and deleted within 90 days after the engagement ends. Server logs are rotated on a regular schedule.
