Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of this website and the engagement of Red Event ("we", "us") for advertising and analytics services.

1. Services

We provide TikTok advertising campaign management, analytics and reporting, Business Center operations and creative production. Specific deliverables, fees and term are defined in a separate written agreement with each client.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients warrant that they hold all rights necessary to the ad accounts, content and products promoted, and that their advertising complies with applicable platform policies and local law.

3. Platform terms

Advertising is delivered through third-party platforms (including TikTok). Those platforms' own terms and policies apply, and we do not control their decisions regarding accounts, campaigns or content.

4. Fees

Service fees are specified in the applicable service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable for work already performed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties keep non-public business information confidential during and after the engagement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months.

7. Term

Engagements continue until terminated by either party with written notice as defined in the service agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
